The Institute of Performing Arts and Cultural Research (IPACR) is a professional, educational, cultural and research-oriented institution dedicated to the advancement of performing arts, cultural preservation, creative innovation, research, education and professional development.

IPACR provides a platform where artists, researchers, scholars, cultural practitioners, students, educators, policymakers and creative professionals can learn, create, research, preserve, promote and celebrate culture and the performing arts.

The Institute recognises performing arts and cultural heritage as important instruments for education, identity, social development, national unity, economic empowerment and international cultural exchange.
