Coordinates IPACR’s humanitarian engagement and supports community-focused initiatives that connect culture, creativity and service to society.
Engr. Samuel Chibuike Okonkwo
Leads IPACR’s information and communications technology initiatives while representing the Institute in The Gambia and supporting its digital development, institutional visibility and regional engagement.
Dr. Onuja Lyman Ozovehe FBEA
Promotes innovative cultural initiatives for IPACR and supports creative programmes that strengthen heritage, artistic expression and contemporary cultural development.
Dr. Williams Victor
Supports the Governing Council through effective coordination, documentation and administrative communication, helping to maintain organised and efficient institutional governance.
Mr. Aliyu Ibrahim Bello
Supports communication and engagement between IPACR and relevant public institutions, helping to strengthen official relationships, coordination and institutional cooperation.
